Lucas is a seasoned entrepreneur having founded several successful businesses. Given his vast experience and success in the entrepreneurship area, Lucas has transitioned into the area of business coaching and life mentorship. Lucas is a visionary leader passionate about identifying potential and nurturing talent. He is committed to helping people find and live meaningful lives. His mission is to impact people and communities positively.

He has served on the Social Impact Awards Kenya Chapter as a business mentor and judge and on the Ethical Leaders Network (ELNET) committee from 2013 to 2016.

Lucas has coached and facilitated leadership workshops for C-suite, senior and middle-level leaders and their teams achieving great success. He has also coached individuals and groups seeking to live lives of significance through the Halftime program.

He has worked with different organizations ranging from social enterprises, corporations and the public sector and serves in different boards actively offering strategic leadership.
