Robert is an experienced business leader having started his career in the leading accountancy and professional services firm, KPMG. Whilst at KPMG, Robert spearheaded KPMG’s Top 100, a program aimed at identifying and rewarding the fastest growing mid sized companies in East Africa and gained invaluable insights into business start-ups, growth and challenges faced by businesses in the region.

Robert has been involved in the leadership of two of Kenya’s leading golf and country clubs contributing to a meaningful change and growth in the same. Robert is currently engaged as a change and impact specialist for various organisations seeking to improve in their business operations and management.
